Macro Analysis

I am Seema Ghale and I am the in-charge of macro analysis for La Fitness Club. I found out that there are various factors affecting La Fitness Club.

Political - As political environment is stable in USA, $0.24 is estimated as capital cost and wage cost is 31.3% of total revenue and labor cost remains high because of training, supervision etc. This benefits from an increase in per capital income and government initiations to fight obesity.

Economic - Since obesity is growing. Led by running, aerobics, exercise has become popular. This will attract the people to join La Fitness Club and helps to increase the profit level of La Fitness.

Social - Many people are health conscious nowadays thus they are focused in reducing weight. So, La Fitness Club keeps organizing the health and fitness awareness program which creates awareness about the socially aware people.

Technology - With the changing technology, LA Fitness has to keep up with the technology for their gym equipments and will b costly to keep changing and keeping up with the trend. People might opt to go other health clubs due to that.

Legal - La Fitness Club occurs legal issue in personnel health & safety measure resulting like change in equipment and well qualified trained which results increasing in staff cost & high expenses.

Environmental -  The equipment consumes high power of electricity so environment protection law comes in issue.
